Larry Martin is a graduate of Reppert’s School of Auctioneering and the Certified Auctioneer Institute (CAI). He is also a real estate broker with a GRI designation. His auction experience has been with several local firms involved in the marketing of real estate and personal property. Larry currently sells at the Shipshewana Antique and Collectible auction as well as the Borkholder Dutch Village auction in Nappanee.
Dane Bailey is also a graduate of Reppert’s and brings several years of auction experience. Like Larry, he also has sold at Shipshewana and Nappanee. Dane is a real estate broker and is a graduate and member of the Certified Appraiser’s Guild of America. Dane is also a regular instructor at the Reppert’s School of Auctioneering and a seminar speaker.
John Lukins has recently joined Martin & Bailey as an auctioneer and real estate sales person. John comes to us with 25 years of experience in owning, operating, and property management of retail business.
